Comic
/ Manga Now, here are my
reluctant tries of drawing comics. Up to now I have some difficulty
with it. On one hand, I struggle against the story problem. After all,
a story shouldn't become boring after the first few pages. Wich
technique is fast, simple and effective? That's the big question... up
to now I tried pencil, fineliner and ball point pen (sometimes I also
used the PC to colorize). A further way would be to use ink (applied
with brush). I didn't use this way yet... Live your dream This Doujinshi (japanese for amateur comic) I drew for the CIL (Comics in Leipzig) competition 2004. I didn't win, but I managed to get ranked among the top 30. ATTENTION:This comic / manga is drawn to conform to the Japanese reading style. Therefore it's to be read from the right to the left and top - down. Technique: pencil; 16 A4 pages plus cover (A4 roughly corresponds to US-Letter format) top of page SIN (n) los This doujinshi was a school project. Nearer information will follow later. top of page copyright © by Nadia Bader |
